At Firkly, shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase, in every country we deliver to. The amount shown in your cart is the final amount: no shipping fees are added at checkout.
Delivery areas
We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland and Canada.
Switzerland and Canada: these countries are not part of the European Union. Customs duties or local taxes may be charged when you receive your parcel.
Processing and delivery times
Your order is carefully prepared as soon as it is confirmed. In France, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days from order confirmation (processing included). Delivery to other countries may take a little longer.
This time frame is indicative and may vary slightly depending on the destination, the carrier and peak periods. If your parcel is unusually late, contact us: we track every parcel with you.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
