Your satisfaction is our priority. If your pants don't suit you, you can return them under the following conditions.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Our extended return policy (30 days)
Beyond the legal period, as a commercial gesture, Firkly lets you return your item within 30 days of receipt.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the item must be returned:
- in its original condition, unworn and unused;
- with its original tags and packaging;
- with proof of purchase (order number).
How to proceed
Email us at contact@firkly.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the instructions and the return address within 48 hours. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the appendix of our Terms of sale.
Return costs
Returns are free: we cover the return shipping costs.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we refund you to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is made.
Exchanges
Would you like another colour or size? Contact us: we make exchanges easy, subject to stock availability.
Defective products
If you receive a defective item or one that doesn't match your order, contact us immediately: we'll handle the return and the exchange or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with the legal guarantees of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
